ARTISAN HAND-MADE ITALIAN PREMIUM GELATO
Nostra Gelato is a Macau-branded “Nostra Gelato” Company – Artisan Hand Made Italian gelatos and sorbets under the technical direction of Chef Gelato Sally Gimenez – Nostra Lab ( Carpigiani Gelato University) in Macau.
Our recipes are traditional and have been manufactured since 1988—some Italian recipes since 1905.
Our gelatos and sorbets are 100% Italian-made, using bases, mixes, and ingredients from Fabbri, the world’s leading producer since 1905, located in Bologna, Italy.
We produce 180 gelatos and sorbets with exclusive recipes. Some recipes we share on LinkedIn with our Gelato Community.
Our artisanal gelato is served à la carte at Angela Café & Lounge, located on the 1st Floor (L04) of Lisboeta Hotel, and is also available at Nostra Gelato in the hotel’s Food Court.
